for Attendees: Social EventsFor AHS2012, we'll be using CrowdVine, a convenient social network used by conference planners and attendees to facilitate pre-conference planning.
Prior to arriving in Cambridge, all attendees and presenters will be able to use CrowdVine to connect with other attendees to find roommates, create a schedule of presentations to attend, make social plans and find out about AHS-related social events around town. CrowdVine will also be used to apprise attendees of new and changing AHS information so is highly recommended that all attendees (including presenters) create a CrowdVine account once they have registered for the symposium. In the unlikely event of cancellation of AHS2012 and regardless of reason for cancellation, neither the Ancestry Foundatation nor the Ancestral Health Society will be held responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant.
