Registration

Regular registration ended when all of the available spaces filled.

Regular spaces sold out in just one month on April 1. Student spaces took a little longer and finally filled on May 2.

The following information is being left in place for reference.
  • Early registration for members began March 1. Members were sent information to access registration via EventBrite and email.
  • General registration began 24 hours later at noon (est/gmt-5) on March 2.
  • After one month, regular registration was full. After 2 months, student registration was full as well.

Registration Fees
  • $249 for regular conference registration tickets
  • $179 for student registration tickets are available for full-time students providing proof of enrollment. (acceptable documentation)
  • Conference registration includes: 3-day conference attendance, lunch on Friday and Saturday, special group rates at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge and access to CrowdVine.

Student Registration
We are pleased to offer a limited number of discounted registrations to full-time students who provide one of the following acceptable documents:

  1. The National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification Certificate can be emailed as a PDF to [email protected]. This appears to be the easiest option if yours is a participating school.
  2. The registrar's office of your university may fax proof of enrollment to 253-780-9969.
  3. The registrar's office of your university may be willing to email proof of enrollment in PDF to [email protected].
  4. If you're a graduate student, a brief email from your P.I. is acceptable. Please ask them to send the email to [email protected].

When you send in proof of enrollment, please clarify if you are a member (ie if you attended AHS 2011).

Upon receipt of Proof of Enrollment and your email address, you will be emailed a link or code that will be used to access your registration. Access is sent out in the order that proof of enrollment is received and it's possible that more access links will be sent out than there are spaces available. As such, it is recommended that you book as soon as possible after receiving access.
